Se realiza valoración por alteraciones en la enzimas hepáticas y presencia de hematuria.

Ecográficamente la vías urinarias se observaron conservadas y sin cambios ecográficos. Pero los cambios ecográficos evidentes se encontraron en parénquima hepático con ecogenicidad heterogénea, bordes irregulares y aparente hepatomegalia. Y además en parénquima pulmonar signo nodular en hemitórax derecho.

Faltaria confirmar mediante estudios histopatológicos los cambios ecográficos y el diagnóstico final.
