Paciente de la Dra Dulce @dulcerezas, se ha solicitado ultrasonido abdominal por antecedentes de hematuria. Clínicamente el paciente estába estable y con funcionalidad renal normal.

Ecográficamente nefromegalia por hidronefrosis con presencia de contenidos anecogenico y tejido hiperecogénico interno en el riñón izquierdo.

Mientras el riñón derecho sin cambios ecográficos aparentes.

Se ha realizado nefrectomía por la Dra Dulce, a espera de resultados histopatológicos.

RECORDAR QUE NO TODA LA HEMATURIA ES DE ORIGEN VESICAL.

Patient of Dra Dulce @dulcerezas, an abdominal ultrasound has been requested due to a history of hematuria. Clinically, the patient was stable and with normal kidney function.

Ultrasound nephromegaly due to hydronephrosis with the presence of anechogenic contents and internal hyperechoic tissue in the left kidney.

While the right kidney without apparent sonographic changes.

Nephrectomy has been performed by Dr. Dulce, pending histopathological results.

REMEMBER THAT NOT ALL HAEMATURIA IS OF BLADDER ORIGIN.
